Resort & Residences was the proud winner of
18 Awards from the Builders Association of South
Florida and The Herald / el Nuevo Herald in Florida’s
BEST Awards 2004. For the second year in a row,
Mr Gil Dezer, co-developer of the project, took
home the Personal Achievement Award for Sales Director
of the Year. The annual banquet event was held at
the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa in Hollywood
on Saturday evening.
