Gil Dezer is one of South Florida’s most accomplished businessmen and humanitarians and also one of the largest oceanfront property owners in Sunny Isles Beach. The Dezer's own just over 27 acres of prime oceanfront property including 2,100 feet of beachfront between 158th Street to 191st Street along Collins Avenue, arguably one of the largest holdings of beachfront property owned and developable in the state. Most of this property is earmarked for redevelopment as mid-and-high-rise luxury condominiums, condo-hotels, hotels, and rental communities.

As the youngest developer of luxury high rise residential and condo-hotel developments in the United States, he and his partners along with Gil’s father Michael Dezer are forever changing the fabric and value of the South Florida real estate market through their offering at the Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences, the largest resort and residential community ever developed in Sunny Isles History.

In 2005 the Dezers expanded the Sunny Isles developments with a joint project with Dezer Development and The Related Group of Florida. This new project, Trump Towers I, II and III, comprises three luxury 43 story towers with over 800 units located at 158th & Collins, directly on the ocean in Sunny Isles, FL.
The Dezer’s continue to grow their portfolio with new ventures around the globe and most recently in Atlanta, Georgia – again with the partnership of Wood Partners. This two building luxury project called Trump Towers Atlanta marks the beginning of the Dezers “Georgia” Portfolio.

A native New Yorker, Gil Dezer is now a full time Sunny Isles Beach resident having come to the area at the age of 18 to attend the University of Miami, where he graduated with a degree in International Finance and Marketing. Gil’s achievements have led him in several areas, namely :

Gil is the Past President and current Honorary Member of the Developers & Builders Alliance (DBA); a member of the Aventura Marketing Council; one of the Founders of the Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation; a Young President of the Miami Heart Institute and he also plays a role in various additional organizations such as the Florida Friends of Israeli Defense Forces (FFIDF), Project Cradle in Miami, WIZO Florida and the One Family Fund Organization. As acting President of Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residences, Gil has taken home the Platinum Personal Achievement Award for Sales Director of the Year for the past consecutive three years at the annual Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) and The Herald / el Nuevo Herald in Florida’s BEST Awards.

On a personal level, Gil is a Trump Palace resident and Board Member, has also operated the Trump Palace Condominium Association since its inception to present and served on the Board of Directors of the Association as unanimously elected by his fellow homeowners. Gil married Lorena Strallnikoff in December 2007 and they reside in Trump Palace.
