Donald Trump Attends Brunch with Future
Trump Royale Owners
Sunny Isles Beach, FL (November 10,
2003) – On Sunday, November 9th
, Donald Trump met with the future Trump
Royale condominium owners for brunch at the
Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort. The Trump Royale is the 55-story luxurious oceanfront tower currently under
construction by developers Michael & Gil
Dezer and Donald Trump. The Trump Royale will
be built on the old Suez Motel site and is currently
scheduled for completion in April 2006. The
building is the third phase of the Trump Grande
Ocean Resort & Residences, which also comprises
the new Trump International Sonesta Beach Resort
– A Luxury Hotel Condo and the 55-story Trump
Palace, currently under construction.
The lavish brunch took place in the Trump Grande Sales Center located on the
31st floor of the Trump International
Hotel, giving the future owners a chance to
see the breathtaking ocean views and to ask
questions of Mr. Trump about their future
home.
 
 
Trump Grande Ocean Resort
and Residences features the newly opened Trump
International Sonesta Beach Resort- a 372-unit
condominium hotel, the Trump Palace – a 278
unit, 55-story condominium tower scheduled
for completion in mid 2005, and the Trump
Royale, a 369-unit, 55 story condominium tower
scheduled for completion in December 2006.

on the 31st floor and is open week
days from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Saturday and
